James Doorley
James Doorley is Assistant Director with responsibility for policy and advocacy at the National Youth Council of Ireland.〔(Youth.ie - Home )〕
He has been a member of the Member of the National Economic and Social Council〔(National Economic and Social Council )〕 since 2011. He is also the Irish representative on the European Consumer Consultative Group〔()〕 In April 2012 he was appointed to the board of the Property Services Regulatory Authority〔()〕 He is also a Trustee of the Carnegie Trust for the UK and Ireland〔(Carnegie UK Trust - Home )〕
He was a member of the Consumer Panel of the Financial Regulator〔(Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority )〕 from 2005 to 2010. He also previously served as Vice President of the European Youth Forum〔(European Youth Forum )〕 from 2004-2006.
James Doorley is a member of the Labour Party and is active in Meath East where he is Constituency Chair,〔http://www.linkedin.com/pub/james-doorley/4/627/aa4〕 he also served as Director of Elections for the Labour TD Dominic Hannigan〔()〕 in 2007 and 2011.
